Summary
- Browsing this site, reading the blog and sending the contact form set no cookies.
- Optional analytics and marketing cookies are used only after you explicitly allow them. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and nothing is pre-selected.

What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels) are small pieces of data a website stores in your browser to remember settings or recognise repeat visits. Under the EU ePrivacy rules and the GDPR, only strictly necessary storage may be used without consent.

How your choice is recorded
Your choice is stored in your browser (ws_consent) so we do not ask again on every visit. To be able to demonstrate consent as the GDPR requires, we also keep a consent receipt on our server: the receipt ID, date and time, the categories you allowed or refused, the page where you decided, your browser type, and a pseudonymised network address (first three octets and a keyed hash). Receipts are kept for 24 months and never shared. The receipt ID is shown in the cookie settings panel; quote it when you contact us about your data.
Third parties
Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. We do not sell or share personal data.
How to control cookies
Use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer to change your choice. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking cookies does not affect the use of this website. Your choice is asked again after 6 months or when this policy changes.
