About the client

INTOP is an online store for computers and electronics, household appliances, bikes and e-bikes, garden, sports and leisure goods, serving Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia with a wide catalogue sourced from many suppliers plus in-stock items from its own warehouse.

Task

• Run one shop for three countries with their own languages, currencies, delivery options and legal pages.
• Keep a large catalogue up to date from multiple supplier price lists without manual work.
• Integrate payments, parcel services and product exports for advertising and marketplace channels.
• Provide hosting, monitoring and ongoing development for a growing business.

Solution

The store runs on a custom Laravel platform with Livewire interfaces: one codebase and admin panel, separate storefronts per country (intop.lv, intop.lt, intop.ee) and three interface languages.

Supplier price lists (XML and CSV) are imported by scheduled queue jobs with mapping and pricing rules, so stock and prices follow the suppliers automatically. Product feeds for advertising and partner channels are generated the same way.

Payments by card and bank link, parcel delivery with label printing and tracking, wishlists and customer accounts are built in. The servers, queue workers, backups and monitoring are managed by our team.

Results

The client operates in three markets from a single admin panel while the catalogue keeps itself up to date. We continue to develop the platform and to run its infrastructure.
