Mnogoknig is a chain of bookshops focused on books in Russian, English, Ukrainian and other languages. For over 24 years its mission has been to help readers around the world enjoy their favourite books in their native language.

Task

• Ensure a seamless transition between the old and the new version of the website.
• Create a new online store.
• Ensure the functionality and performance of the new store.

Solution

To build the new store we used modern and reliable technologies: Laravel on the backend and Vue.js on the frontend. The combination gave a fast, user-friendly website with a flexible structure that is easy to extend and maintain.

Laravel powers a secure system for managing products, orders, users and multilingual content. Vue.js delivers a responsive, modern interface that works well on desktop and mobile.

Special attention went to the transition: users, orders and the product catalogue were migrated safely, important URLs were preserved to keep SEO, and the change was seamless for customers.
